[Elizabeth's Sweet Shoppe Party] - Lollipop Invitations

The lollipop invitations were super fun to make! I think I made about 24 of them in an hour. And hopefully the guests enjoyed receiving this little masterpiece in the mail. I was inspired by The TomKat Studio from her daughter's lollipop invitations. They are so cute! You can check them out HERE.

Supplies:

[Striped scrapbook paper, white cardstock, ribbon (I used thin pink silk ribbon from Walmart), scissors, circle cutter (I used one by Creative Memories), 4.5" lollipop sticks, envelopes, dimensional adhesive, mini glue dots]

[After making a ton of these, I am officially a pro at circle cutting! To adhere the lollipop stick, I stuck a couple of mini glue dots on the striped paper, placed the lollipop on the glue dots, and then I put dimensional adhesive on the white cardstock so that it would lie flat without showing the stick underneath. For the envelope, I traced the plastic circle cutter with black dash lines and put the address inside the circle.]

[I thought the saying was clever: "Our little "sweetie" Elizabeth is turning two! We're having a party and hope to see you!" I think they turned out much better than I originally thought! (which is always nice!) Of course in this photo, and in the previous photos, I have covered up the addresses for privacy reasons.]

I will be linking up these little Lollipop Invitations to these little parties!
